After countless rentals in other homes, I have learned what truly makes a Kauai vacation rental complete. Amenities :  Our 3500 square foot home, right in the heart of Princeville is a beach lover and athletes paradise. Perfectly ideal for two or three couples as well as one or two families. Within minutes to some of Kauai's best and most beautiful beaches, the choices never end. One minute drive to the Princeville Golf Center, the Tennis courts, Queens Bath and the Princeville Spa and Heath Club. Walking Distance to shopping, dining, and the Princeville Resort. One block walk to the bike path and jogging path. House Of Dreams comes complete with two Master suites, both with King-Size beds and plasma TV's. The grand master has a 200 square foot bathroom with a two person walk-in shower and Jacuzzi. There is a guest room with a queen bed and plasma TV. The home has two other bedrooms, one with two twin over full bunk beds and the other with two twin beds. The living room has a 42 inch plasma TV and the lanai has fantastic mountain and waterfall views. There is a complete gourmet kitchen with every possible top of the line appliance and accessory you can think of. A gas barbecue is on the lanai. The media room has a 60 inch flat screen TV with surround sound, an XBOX and many video games and movies to choose from. There is also a great selection of games and board games to choose as well. All beach toys including surfboards, body boards, snorkeling gear and chairs are included. Best of all there are four bikes perfect for exploring the Princeville community. A great amount of effort and expense went into making this home the most comfortable and luxurious vacation rental in the Princeville area. Attraction :  here are no shortages of beaches to choose from during your Kauai vacation. Whether you want to surf, snorkel or watch the evening sunset, you are just minutes away from it all. We are just a minute away from the popular Queens Bath. Within a five minute drive there are secluded spots that require a small and adventurous hike with waterfalls on the path. Close by popular beaches include The Princeville Resort beach, Tunnels and Hanalei Bay. For a more secluded setting there is Sealodge Beach and Hideaways, both in Princeville. You can surf Rock Quarry or swim in the river. Within a fifteen minute ride is Lumihi Beach from the movie South Pacific, Ke’e Beach at the beginning of the Kalalau Trail and Secret Beach with its lava pools and a waterfall. The house comes equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach (beach chairs, coolers, mats and toys).
