Attraction :  The Carriage house is located between the charming town of Paia and the convenient town of Kahului. Paia is an old sugar cane plantation town that has preserved its colonial atmosphere with its wooden colourful buildings. Paia has a variety of shops and restaurants for all tastes and offers a very different feel from the hotel bordered Lahaina and condo bordered Kihei. On the north shore, people seem oblivious to tourism and the pace is slow. Only minutes away is Hookipa Beach Park, windsurfing capital of the world. In winter, monster surf rolls into the North Shore. Kahului to the west has a Costco where you can buy delicious fish. Maui is not at a loss for activities. Windsurf or kitesurf directly from the beach. Go biking, take a helicopter ride, hike in the volcano, go whale watching, survive the road to Hanna and many others.
