Our cancellation policy is to fully refund a deposit if the cancellation is received 45 days or more prior to the reservation. Cancellations within the 45 days prior to the reservation are given a full refund if we are able to book the time reserved with another party. If part of the time is booked, the refund is prorated accordingly.
